You have to use the OEM license (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or SaaS license (Software as a Service) when you need commercial distribution rights.
The most common situations are the ones in which you include fullPage.js in:
- Downloadable or installable products: for example, when you plan to sell a WordPress theme on sites like ThemeForest, TemplateMonster, etc.
- HTML templates.
- Commercial interface builder.
- Software Development Kit (SDK)
- Toolkit.
These Commercial OEM/SaaS licenses are customized for each customer. Distributor fee is an annual or perpetual fee that is paid per product. Contact us if you need this license, providing us as much information as you can about your future product:

Unlike what happens with the rest of the commercial licenses, which can be used on multiple projects, the OEM/SaaS licenses are only for 1 project. Each project will need a different OEM/SaaS license.
