Does Discord Notify When You Unfriend Someone?
Discord does not notify you when you unfriend someone. The platform respects user privacy and does not share this information with anyone. It’s up to each user to manage their friend list and decide whom they want to connect with.
This means you can unfriend someone without worrying about them finding out and avoid Uncomfortable situations.
Remember, though, that Discord notifies users of specific activities, such as friend requests.
So, if you add back a user you previously unfriended, the friend request notification will let them know that you removed them from your friend list.

It’s worth noting that when you close your chat history on Discord, it does not wipe out your conversation on the receiving end. Instead, it just removes the chat history from your Discord account.
