If you have tried to upload the fullpage.js-master.zip on your WordPress control panel as you do with other WordPress plugins, you'll notice an error message popped up on your screen.

That's because the fullpage.js-master.zip file is a JavaScript component and not a WordPress plugin. You can't install it as if it was a WordPress plugin.
