No. The WordPress plugin for Elementor is only compatible with the Elementor builder editor.  The same happens with the Gutenberg plugin, which only works with the Gutenberg editor.

However, we will soon release a WordPress plugin for Divi! You can subscribe here to get notified of the launch. 

Remember that you can also use fullpage.js with other editors, but you would have to integrate fullpage.js manually following the fullpage.js documentation.

For example, Oxygen provides a tutorial to use fullpage.js with its builder.
